You have probably heard of GDPR by now with the headlines of the €20m fines, but are unsure about whether you need to comply and what to do about it.
If you are processing personal data and you are based in the EU OR you are based outside of the EU but are processing the personal data of data subjects within the EU, then GDPR applies to you.
It is a myth that GDPR only applies to those businesses that employ 250 employees or more. It applies whatever your size of business.
GDPR is a complex regulation and it’s important that you get it right. That’s why multi-award winning business lawyer and data protection law expert Suzanne Dibble is helping small business owners to comply with GDPR at a very affordable price.
Our templates and video guides will take you step-by-step through the implementation of GDPR principles, processes and documentation to help you towards compliance, meaning that you don’t have to worry about non-compliance and the headline huge fines.

...until GDPR comes into force
GDPR comes into force on 25 May 2018 but it’s important you take action WELL BEFORE that date.
If for example, you need to obtain fresh consent from your email list, it’s a good idea to run a re-engagement campaign (that we talk you through in one of our videos) to ensure that you don’t lose the majority of your email list. If you don’t obtain fresh consent before 25 May, you legally may lose the right to market to those people. As it is so important for people to take action now, the price of the GDPR Pack will increase to £197 on 25 April 2018 (with one month before the date GDPR comes into effect).
